Carolina Pitta e Cunha
joined the firm in September 2015 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration department, and the International Arbitration team. She has acted as counsel and as arbitral secretary in domestic and international arbitrations, involving the application of different laws (including Portuguese law, Angolan law and Brazilian law) and different rules of procedure. Carolina also has experience in civil and commercial litigation. She has been a Teaching Assistant at the Summer Course “International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration” of the London School of Economics in the past three years, and has had several works published in the field of international arbitration.
