António Lobo Xavier
is a partner at the firm, and the head of one of two tax teams in Oporto. António works with large national and multinational companies, in the areas of finance, telecommunications, and industry, as a member of the board of directors, and as an adviser on finance and tax law. He is responsible for several organisational and restructuring operations, and mergers and acquisitions, mainly as an expert in subjects related to double taxation treaties, VAT and corporate income tax. He was the Chairman of the latest Corporate Income Tax Reform that was held in 2013.
