About Ana Carrilho Ribeiro

Ana Carrilho Ribeiro is a member of the tax team at Morais Leitão and focuses on both national and international tax law. She regularly advises national and multinational companies in diverse operations, such as on the set-up of investment structures, financing and restructuring transactions, and international double taxation, as well as regarding indirect taxes. Ana is significantly experienced in the private wealth area, notably advising international private clients on estate planning. She is also very active in dispute resolution, representing clients before fiscal authorities and judicial and arbitration courts in different areas of tax law.
