Bruno Santiago
is a partner at Morais Leitão who specialises in tax law, with a focus on both consulting and dispute resolution in domestic and international contexts. He is currently co-head of the firm’s tax team, advising clients on cross-border transactions and transfer pricing and utilising his knowledge of Angolan and Mozambican taxation. Bruno is also very active in tax disputes and arbitration, covering income taxes, VAT, property taxes and stamp duty, and in administrative, judicial and penalties proceedings. He represents clients from the financial services, oil and gas, energy, real estate and construction, media and advertising, and pharmaceuticals sectors, as well as private clients.
