He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2013), a fellow at the Tech and Law Centre in Milan, a researcher at the University of Lisbon’s Centre for Criminal Law and Criminal Studies, and a member of the editorial boards of the ‘Digital Evidence and Electronic Signature Law Review’ and the ‘Competition & Regulation Journal’ (‘Revista de Concorrência & Regulação’).
