About Diana Ribeiro Duarte

Diana Ribeiro Duarte co-heads Morais Leitão’s private equity team and is an integral member of the firm’s corporate practice areas. Diana has extensive experience of the legal challenges presented by setting up and operating PE vehicles, including the numerous regulatory procedures that they are subject to under EU and Portuguese law. Her legal practice is increasingly focused on advising PE investors on merger and acquisition transactions, including share deals, leveraged investments, joint ventures, structuring and executing investment rounds, and exits.
