About Irina Neves Ferreira

Irina Neves Ferreira joined Morais Leitão in 2013 and became a partner in 2021. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team. Irina is a dual national of Angola and Portugal and collaborates with the Africa Team – an internal structure that guarantees personalised day-to-day assistance to clients on matters that involve the jurisdictions of the African Portuguese speaking countries – in which she regularly assists clients in commercial, corporate (with a focus on private investment), real estate and insurance areas. She also assists in the negotiation of investment contracts and advises several clients on mining law.
