About Pedro Capitão Barbosa

Pedro Capitão Barbosa is a managing associate at Morais Leitão, and a member of the corporate and M&A, capital markets and private equity teams involved in domestic and cross-border private transactions and restructurings (including joint ventures and minority acquisitions, investments and divestments of corporate divisions), as well as equity and convertible investment. He also works on the incorporation, restructuring, governance and regulation of alternative investment funds (particularly buyout, infrastructure, secondary and venture capital funds). Pedro has also helped design and implement club deals and other alternative investment structures, and advises on sustainability, ESG and human rights issues, corporate restructuring, acquisition and governance, equity capital markets, public tender offers, rights issues and private placements.
