About Tiago Geraldo

Tiago Geraldo is a member of the criminal, regulatory offences and compliance team at Morais Leitão and focuses on criminal and regulatory offence litigation and compliance, particularly in the fields of economics and finance. He also collaborates in the areas of competition law, corporate law, labour law and tax law. Tiago has been advising companies and individual clients on a variety of matters related to fit and proper, compliance and regulatory enforcement, in a variety of sectors, such as banking, capital markets, auditing, energy, telecommunications and media. HE regularly participates in conferences and postgraduate courses on criminal law and criminal procedure, regulatory offences and compliance.
