About Vasco Xavier Mesquita

Vasco Xavier Mesquita joined Morais Leitão in 2007 and is a member of the firm’s administrative and public law and urban planning and environment teams. His practice focuses on several areas of public law, particularly on public contracts. For more than a decade, he has provided legal advice to both awarding entities and tenderers on several phases of procurement procedures, as well as the performance of public contracts. He mainly focuses his activity on assisting private and public entities in litigations related to works contracts. He is a member of CAAD, the Portuguese centre for administrative arbitration.
