About Vítor Pereira das Neves

Vítor Pereira das Neves is a partner at Morais Leitão and a member of the corporate, M&A and capital markets team. He focuses on the energy, infrastructure, real estate and banking law sectors, having provided legal advice in several M&A and capital markets transactions, the structuring and implementation of major projects, the arrangement and contracting of the associated financing operations and regulatory issues, especially in renewable energies. He has also served as counsel and arbitrator in Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking countries. Vítor is a professor at the faculty of law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where he is responsible for several private law (including contract, corporate, commercial and banking law) and energy law matters.
