About Chloe Challinor

Chloe Challinor is an aerospace lawyer and of counsel in Stephenson Harwood’s aviation litigation and regulation team. An experienced aviation litigator and air law expert, Chloe has represented aviation companies in high-profile commercial disputes and regulatory enforcement action in the UK courts. She also advises airlines on aviation regulatory and commercial matters. Chloe is a leading aviation lawyer in the UK (Aviation: Dispute Resolution – Chambers 2024). She holds degrees in Natural Sciences from Durham University and an Advanced LLM in Air and Space Law from Leiden University. She is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (MRAeS).
