About Alex Athanasopoulos

Alex Athanasopoulos is a consultant in the group actions and competition team at Stephenson Harwood, specialising in competition litigation. Alex has extensive experience of acting for claimants and defendants in significant competition damages actions before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court. Alex played a leading role in the development of two sets of proposed collective proceedings against Amazon and Booking.com and has a strong understanding of competition litigation before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal. Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Alex worked in the commercial and competition litigation teams at Allen & Overy and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
