About Genevieve Quierin

Genevieve Quierin is the head of the group actions and competition team at Stephenson Harwood. She is one of the leading group action lawyers in the UK, co-chair of the European Collective Redress Cambridge Forum and the UK representative on the IBA Class Actions Committee. Genevieve has led some of the largest and most noteworthy group actions in the CAT, including the Merchant Interchange Fee Proceedings and the salmon cartel damages action. In 2025, a leading legal magazine included Genevieve in its profile of the top 100 lawyers in the UK. Genevieve was also recognised as a leading antitrust practitioner in a major directory in its 2025 edition on women in antitrust.
