About Tim Knight

Tim Knight joined Stephenson Harwood in January 2025 as a partner in the group actions and competition team, having previously spent seven years at Travers Smith. He has expertise in competition damages claims and securities claims under Sections 90 and 90A of the FSMA, acting for both claimants and defendants. Tim has acted on some of the leading competition damages and securities claims in this jurisdiction, including the Trucks cartel damages claims (both the individual proceedings and the opt-out collective action) and the securities claim against Glencore. He is currently acting on proposed opt-out collective actions against Amazon and Booking.com.
