About Catarina Pinto Correia

Catarina Pinto Correia joined VdA in 1996. She is a partner and co-head of the environment & climate change practice area. She advises on diverse matters relating to environmental law and climate change, such as waste management, water issues, environmental licences and impact assessment, carbon credits, projects and markets, soil contamination, green claims, nature restoration, deforestation, sustainability, and ESG. Catarina has also been working in the agroindustry, agriculture and forestry sectors, as well as on administrative law matters, including public procurement, administrative concessions, public–private partnerships and public regulation, and assists clients in EU-funded projects.
