Carlos Couto is a partner in VdA’s banking and finance team, where he focuses on regulatory matters. He has played a key role in the incorporation and constitution of various sustainable financial products and advises market operators – notably fund and portfolio managers and insurance companies – on ESG and sustainable finance-related issues. Carlos’ work is dedicated to implementing the sustainability framework across several areas of the financial system.
