Cristina Melo Miranda
is a managing associate in the corporate and M&A practice group at VdA and has advised on the drafting of space laws, the set-up of space agencies, and the negotiation and preparation of space contracts. She has also been involved in international projects for the ESA and the EU. She has relevant expertise in corporate and financing for the space sector, in particular the establishment of partnership and investment structures, including via venture capital rounds on the sponsor side.
