About Cristina Melo Miranda

Cristina Melo Miranda is a managing associate in the corporate and M&A practice group at VdA, and regularly works on space matters. Cristina has advised in the drafting of space laws, the set up of space agencies and the drafting and negotiation of space contracts. She has also been involved in international projects, such as for ESA and the EU. She further has relevant expertise in corporate and financing for the space sector (notably, the set up of partnership and investment structures, including through venture capital rounds on the sponsor side). Cristina has also been involved in several M&A transactions (including cross-border) in the financing, infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors, including the associated financing.
