Cristina Melo Miranda
is a managing associate in the corporate and M&A practice group at VdA, and regularly works on space matters. Cristina has advised on the drafting of space laws, the set-up of space agencies, and the drafting and negotiation of space contracts. She has also been involved in international projects, such as for ESA and the EU. She further has relevant expertise in corporate and financing for the space sector (notably, the set-up of partnership and investment structures, including through venture capital rounds on the sponsor side).
