Djamila Pinto de Andrade joined PRIME Advogados, the exclusive member of VdA Legal Partners in Angola, in 2025 as a partner. She has worked on various operations related to government debt issuance, representing the Angolan state and the international financial organisations that finance public projects. She advises on setting up and incorporating management companies and collective investment undertakings and provides ongoing legal advice on regulatory matters in banking and capital markets law. She represents national and foreign investors in matters of corporate law, M&A and private investment (and has advised clients in the energy, natural resources, consumer and infrastructure sectors on major transnational transactions.
