Fausta Lourenço joined PRIME Advogados, the exclusive member of VdA Legal Partners in Angola, in 2025 as an associate. She advises financial institutions on financing agreements and other financial instruments, and on regulatory issues related to the capital market. She is particularly experienced in establishing and monitoring the vicissitudes of OIC management companies and their funds. She has been involved in due diligence, acquisitions and commercial agreements in the financial, energy and natural resources sectors. She has also provided ongoing support on corporate issues for leading clients in the energy, consumer and industrial sectors.
