About Francisca César Machado

Francisca César Machado joined VdA in 2016 and is a senior associate in the banking and finance practice where she works on financial law matters, at both the regulatory and transactional levels, notably in offerings of securities and the assistance to financial institutions operating in Portugal. She has extensive experience in both debt and equity capital markets transactions, including with respect to market abuse issues - having advised on some of the most complex transactions taking place in recent times ‒ actively collaborating also on M&A and corporate restructuring operations and on judicial and administrative proceedings.
