About Francisca de Landerset

Francisca de Landerset joined VdA in 2023. She is an associate in tax practice where she has been dedicated to tax consultancy, compliance and tax litigation, specially focused on corporate income tax, stamp duty and other special taxes and contributions, as well as providing specialised support in M&A transactions, including tax structuring and tax due diligence, to both national and international clients, from various sectors, such as energy, communications, technology and infrastructures, as well as to investment funds and private equity clients.
