About Helena Correia Mendonça

Helena Correia Mendonça is principal consultant in the information, communication and technology practice group at VdA, as well as in the space sector practice of the firm. Helena regularly works on space matters, having assisted in the drafting of space policies, strategies and laws, the set up of space agencies and the drafting and negotiation of satellite contracts and partnership agreements. She has been involved in international projects, such as for ESA and the EU, and in national projects in the space sector. She also works with emerging technologies, robotics and artificial intelligence, distributed ledgers and blockchain, and autonomous vehicles.
