About Helena Correia Mendonça

Helena Correia Mendonça is principal consultant within the information, communication and technology practice group at VdA, as well as within the firm’s space practice. Helena regularly works on space topics, having assisted in the drafting of space policies, strategies and laws, the set-up of space agencies, and the drafting and negotiation of satellite contracts and partnership agreements. She has been involved in international projects, such as for the ESA and the EU, and in national projects in the space sector, having led the research studies on Earth Observation under the New Space Portugal flagship Agenda. She also works in emerging technologies and on data matters.
