About Iakovina Kindylidi

Iakovina Kindylidi is a senior international adviser in the information, communication and technology practice at VdA. She advises on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, technologies, intellectual property, trade secrets and consumer protection, and has expertise on matters related to emerging technologies (AI, robotics, distributed ledger technology/blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, Metaverse and IoT). Iakovina's background in banking and business law enables her to provide strategic advice to entities in the financial services sector, including fintech and insurtech. She is a member of the operational team of WhatNext.Law, a knowledge centre launched by VdA and NOVA School of Law, and has written various articles on AI and data protection.
