About Magda Cocco

Magda Cocco is the head of the information, communication and technology practice group at VdA, and the Head of the firm’s space sector practice. Magda has been involved in various space-sector projects, including national space policies, space laws, set up of space agencies and contracts for satellite construction and launch. She has also provided expert advice to companies and public entities across different industries on data protection, data economy and cybersecurity, and has in-depth knowledge and expertise on telecommunications. Magda is VdA’s representative at the International Astronautical Federation. She participates in several space-sector-related forums and courses, including at the United Nations and at the International Space University.
