About Patrícia Nunes Mesquita

Patrícia Nunes Mesquita joined VdA in 2021 and is an associate in the banking and finance practice, where she has been involved in a number of key transactions and projects in the banking and insurance sectors, particularly with regard to setting up collective investment schemes and management companies. In addition to providing ongoing counsel to fund managers regarding legal, regulatory and contractual matters, she also assists them with the sale and purchase of assets under management and respective shares.
