About Tomás Cabral Anunciação

Tomás Cabral Anunciação worked at VdA in 2022 as an associate in the public law area of practice, where he was actively involved in several transactions. He rejoined VdA in 2023 as local director of the firm’s office in Timor-Leste and has been admitted to the Timor-Leste Bar Association. He has a law degree from the University of Lisbon Law School and a master’s in law from the Catholic University of Lisbon Law School. He also attended the Professional Development Programme for Lawyers at the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Tomás is also a Professor of Comparative and Administrative Law at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e.
