About Tomás Cabral Anunciação

Tomás Cabral Anunciação is senior associate of public law and head of the VdA’s office in Timor-Leste, and has been admitted to the Timor-Leste Bar Association. He has a law degree from the University of Lisbon Law School and a master’s in law from the Catholic University of Lisbon Law School. He also attended the Professional Development Programme for Lawyers at the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Tomás is also a Professor of Comparative and Administrative Law at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL).
