About Cristian Gual

Cristian Gual is a partner in Uría Menéndez’s Barcelona office. He joined the firm in 2001. Cristian focuses on complex civil and commercial disputes for both national and multinational companies. He has a wide range of experience on matters relating to competition and non-material assets, corporate disputes, as well as more general contractual liability and tort cases. Cristian represents his clients before Spanish courts at all instances and in national and international arbitration proceedings. He has also handled mediation proceedings and has been appointed arbitrator in both institutional and ad hoc proceedings.
