About Ignacio García-Perrote

Ignacio García-Perrote is a lawyer at Uría Menéndez. Before joining the firm, Ignacio was a Blue Book trainee in Unit A4 (European Competition Network and Private Enforcement) of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition. Ignacio holds a PhD in law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra on competition law damages claims. His research is focused on competition law damages claims and, in particular, the impact of the passing-on of overcharges. He was a visiting scholar at King’s College London and Uppsala University, and has presented his research at international and national conferences.
