About Rodrigo del Saz

Rodrigo del Saz joined Uría Menéndez in 2020 and was appointed an associate in 2024. Between March 2024 and March 2025, he was based in the firm’s London office. He has been involved in major transactions concerning the sale and acquisition of non-strategic assets of financial institutions. His experience also encompasses a broad range of financing operations, advising both borrowers and lenders. He has also participated in the negotiation and implementation of several restructuring plans since the approval of the new insolvency law in September 2022.
