is head of Cederquist’s EU, Competition and Public Procurement group. He has substantial experience of international and national competition proceedings, including merger control work, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance with a special penchant for vertical restraints issues. Fredrik started out in Brussels; after a session at the European Commission's DG COMP he continued with two international law firms before moving back to Stockholm where, in two law firms, he has worked exclusively with competition and EU law for the past 19 years. The bulk of his experience is within M&A-related advice, both to industrial and PE clients, and a specific focus on vertical restraints.
