Jonas has experience in several areas of employment matters, such as employment issues in connection with M&A, litigation, drafting of employment agreements, employment matters relating to termination of employment agreements, redundancies, trade secrets, pensions, incentive schemes and other remuneration issues. Jonas has frequently handled litigation, dispute resolution and internal investigations, including a number of cases before the Swedish Labour Court and the District Courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. He has significant experience in employment-related M&A and provides advice on a daily basis to multinationals with a presence in Sweden. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, the IBA, L&E Global European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), and the Swedish Labour Law Association.
