About Sanna Frånlund

Sanna Frånlund is a partner in Cederquist’s EU and competition team and joined the firm in 2017, with experience at the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition. She focuses on FDI screening, the transfer rules under the Swedish Protective Security Act, merger control, contentious competition law matters and broader EU regulatory matters. Sanna leads Cederquist’s Swedish FDI practice and advises on domestic and cross-border investments involving defence, dual-use technology, critical infrastructure and other protected activities, including transaction structuring and regulatory clearances. Sanna is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
