Erik Ålander is a senior associate in Delphi’s corporate commercial team and has a special focus on commercial contracts in general and IT in particular. In his area of expertise, Erik advises clients on sales and purchases of goods and services, IT contracts, legal questions related to cryptocurrencies, issues related to compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the GDPR and the PSD2, as well as strategic partnerships and competition law. Erik also provides strategic advice to help clients commercialise their intellectual property. Furthermore, he facilitates seminars on topics related to his areas of expertise, including blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
