About Astrid Svensson

Astrid Svensson is a senior associate at Gernandt & Danielsson and has a primary focus on data and tech laws. She is well versed in, and assists with, complex data privacy and data protection issues, such as assessments of legitimate interests, data protection impact assessments, privacy by design and transfers of personal data to third countries. Astrid also has extensive experience in advising on data protection matters in transactions. Additionally, her practice covers IT law, artificial intelligence law, commercial agreements and intellectual property rights. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
