About Astrid Svensson

Astrid Svensson is a senior associate at Gernandt & Danielsson in the firm’s specialist practice group, with a primary focus on data protection, which she has focused on since the implementation of the GDPR. She is well-versed and assists with complex data privacy and data protection issues such as assessments of legitimate interests, data protection impact assessments, privacy by design and transfers of personal data to third countries. Astrid also has extensive experience in advising on data protection matters in transactions. In addition, her practice covers IT law, commercial agreements and intellectual property rights. Astrid is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
