About Rikard Sundstedt

Rikard Sundstedt joined Gernandt & Danielsson in 2017. He primarily practises in the area of financial regulation, in addition to handling regulatory matters more generally. His work includes assisting in licence applications; transactions involving financial companies; supervisory investigations and sanctions matters; and financial regulatory advisory matters. Rikard has particular expertise in the field of payments, digital assets and other fintech regulation, where he regularly advises clients and co-authors guides and other publications.
