About Anton Freszals

Anton Freszals is a senior associate within Mannheimer Swartling’s dispute resolution group and a member of the firm’s corporate crime team. He advises clients in criminal law-related matters, from the investigation stage to any criminal proceedings before the courts. He also represents clients in commercial disputes, both in court and before arbitral tribunals. Anton joined Mannheimer Swartling after serving as a judge in the Swedish courts for several years. He has also served with the Ministry of Justice, working mostly in tort law. Beyond his client work, Anton has co-authored a work on the Swedish Product Liability Act.
