Stefan Perván Lindeborg
is a partner in the EU and competition practice group and head of Mannheimer Swartling in Brussels. He has extensive experience of complex merger control proceedings before national authorities and the European Commission. He has been involved in many of the most important competition cases before the Swedish courts, and has special competence in competition-related litigation, distribution systems and merger control.
