About Anna Palmérus

Anna Palmérus is a partner at Vinge. She is highly experienced in restructuring and insolvency law, with expertise in insolvency advice to financially distressed companies and bankruptcy mandates. Anna has acted as a bankruptcy trustee in many bankruptcies with complex cross-border issues and extensive ongoing business. She advises clients on (domestic and cross-border) insolvency-related questions including board and management duties and the choice between formal processes for implementation, performing restructurings and liquidations, and on the provision of different financing facilities and loans in connection with insolvency. Anna is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, INSOL Europe and the Swedish Association for Reconstructors and Bankruptcy Trustees (REKON).
