About Daniel Prawitz

Daniel Prawitz is a partner at Advokatfirman Vinge KB and co-heads the firm’s construction practice. Daniel advises project developers, other employers and contractors in day-to-day matters during contract drafting and negotiations, in the tender phase, production phase and post-completion phase, as well as in post-completion disputes within a broad range of project types. He is specialised, however, in large infrastructure projects, having acted as lead counsel to domestic and foreign parties in several of the largest infrastructure disputes in Sweden during recent years. Previous experience as in-house legal counsel for Sweden’s largest construction and infrastructure company has given him deep industry experience and insight beyond the strictly legal aspects in connection with various projects.
