About Daniel Wendelsson

Daniel Wendelsson is a partner and head of Vinge’s practice on foreign direct investment control (FDI) and public procurement. He is one of the leading experts in Sweden within public procurement law. Daniel has extensive experience of litigation in public procurement cases and assists clients at all stages in tender procedures and agreements between public sector entities and suppliers. During the last number of years, he has been increasingly involved in FDI mandates and has acted as counsel before the Swedish FDI regulator in numerous cases. Daniel is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
