Filip Öhrner
is a counsel at Vinge with more than ten years of experience in private M&A. He specialises in venture capital, start-ups and growth equity, acting on both the investor side and the company side. Filip also regularly advises on other types of minority investments, incentive programmes, corporate law issues, complex restructurings and in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
