Jenny Sandlund
is a senior associate at Vinge, working primarily on insolvency matters and M&A transactions. She is especially experienced in insolvency-related issues involving distressed M&A transactions and cross-border insolvency matters. Jenny also works on and has experience of domestic bankruptcies and restructuring matters, as well as winding-up procedures and liquidations. Jenny is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
