Lionardo Ojeda
is a senior associate in the banking and finance group in Vinge’s Stockholm office, and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has extensive experience in national and international banking and finance transactions, including investment grade finance, leveraged finance, securitisations and other asset-backed financing. Lionardo also advises issuers, arrangers and underwriters on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including high-yield, investment-grade and hybrid bond and regulatory capital issuances.
