About Morgan Hallén

Morgan Hallén is a partner at Vinge. He has more than 30 years of experience advising national and international clients within restructuring and insolvency law. More specifically, Morgan has extensive experience acting as a bankruptcy trustee, and has broad experience of performing extensive and complicated restructurings, including leading large winding-up procedures, composition procedures, voluntary reconstructions and liquidations. Furthermore, Morgan has extensive knowledge relating to cross-border insolvency. Morgan is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, INSOL Europe and the Swedish Association for Reconstructors and Bankruptcy Trustees (REKON).
