Maria Dahlin Kolvik is a counsel at Vinge with more than ten years of experience in private M&A. Maria specialises in venture capital and growth equity, and also has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions. She regularly advises international and domestic investors, including private equity funds, corporate VCs and family offices, as well as growth companies and founders in segments such as cleantech and renewables, sustainability and impact investments, foodtech, fintech, e-commerce and retail. Maria is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
