About Martin Johansson

Martin Johansson is a partner at Vinge and head of its Brussels office. He specialises in EU and competition law, in particular State aid, public procurement, the four freedoms, regulatory issues and trade law, including sanctions, investment screening and foreign subsidies. Martin advises clients in most sectors, including transport, energy, environment, retail and telecommunications. He has more than 30 years’ experience of EU and EEA law, including more than 10 years at the EU Court of Justice, the EU General Court and the EFTA Court. Martin acts as counsel in proceedings before the EU Courts, the European Commission and the EFTA institutions as well as before Swedish courts and authorities.
