About Martin Johansson

Martin Johansson is a partner at Vinge. He heads the Brussels office and specialises in EU law, in which he has over 35 years of experience. He focuses on EU and competition law, in particular State aid, public procurement, the four freedoms, regulatory issues, trade law, sanctions and investment screening. Martin has represented clients in a large number of proceedings before the European Commission, the EU Court of Justice and the General Court, Swedish courts and tribunals and arbitration tribunals. He is a member of the Swedish and Brussels Bar Associations, and previously served for 13 years on the EC and EFTA Courts in Luxembourg and Geneva.
