About Sebastian Örndahl

Sebastian Örndahl is a partner in Vinge’s EU, competition and regulatory practice group and specialises in competition law. He advises on a broad range of EU and Swedish competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations and foreign direct investment screening. Through the firm’s mandate as global merger control counsel to EQT (the world’s second largest private equity player), Sebastian has extensive experience of co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional merger analyses and filings worldwide. He also advises clients on telecoms regulation and various other regulatory matters.
